It is now 3:15 in Denmark and for several weeks I have gone to bed at 4-5am I just can´t get myself into bed I don´t feel tired so I just can´t turn my sleeping habits around it used to be easy just a couple of years ago. I could turn circadian rhythm around in 3 days tops and I the last two night I haven´t eating anything after dinner so it just makes it harder to fall asleep.

Yea I feel the same way. It is the same time by me as by you in Denmark, and I cannot sleep before 5:30/6:00AM.

I even did one day where I stayed awake right through until 23:30 the next day to try get my sleeping pattern back to more normal, but after a few days I was back to this, only being able to fall asleep around 6AM. Also get very hungry after having eaten dinner at 19:00 and still being awake all this time.

Maybe it's the 'new normal'.

I´m happy someone can relate and it seems it´s almost exactly the same we experience. I also get very hungry at night but have no desire to eat, and the worst thing to do it go to bed early like 23:30 as you mentioned because then I will just lie there for 4 hours or more it´s unbearable.

And yes maybe it is the new "normal" but I don´t like it :(
