I'm sorry that you're going through this. I'm in a similar boat. Can't CTB until some very specific things happen, so I've been trying to "feel better" in the time that I'm forced to stay alive. Nothing makes me truly happy.

I'm sorry to hear that. At some point it just feels like nothing makes sense anymore, you try but you fail.
You say your on antidepressants, are you also in therapy ? One doesn't work without the other. It needs a lot of time too.Similar threads
