I have three hours

My mum said that she'd give me most of the day to myself, but then she said "at least three hours". I expected to have more time to prepare.
They said that they'd ring me when they set off to come back home.
I'll probably spend two hours preparing, and then head down to the tracks.
They left me the front door key so that I could sign for a package for them.
I only wish that I had at least five hours to myself to be able to leisurely prepare. But, this is as good a time as any.
It's the day.

It's irrelevant really, but I was of the female sex, and didn't have a gender. Gender is a social construct, and I opposed them. I preferred to let people assume that I was male when anonymous, though, because I am more like that social construct. I never wore makeup, didn't like women's clothing, and had a shaved head.
I'd like my death to be recorded using them/their pronouns, but..ah well.
