I know what you mean and I am so sorry this is happening to you...
When you are so depressed to study it is very hard... And isolation of course affects you much in this case. Is this your own problem or may be we deal with too much "care" from your parents? I don't know about your country, but technically if you are unable to study, you can withdraw from the year having a letter from your doctor. Have you considered studying in another country/city? That may bring a bit of new life experience. Plus I guess there might be some societies which you may be interested in. Plus have you ever attended a psychiatrist?

the problem is that I'm already a certain age and this is my second university career since I could not finish the first one because of similar problems. I feel tremendous pressure from my parents to at least be able to study. I would like to leave my country (Chile) but I have serious problems of socialization (I would not be able to adapt) and money. I would like to suspend my studies and have psychiatric help. But I feel it would be a partial "cure" unlike cbt. I hope to reflect more to arrive at a good decision, thanks for your help.
Please do not rush into anything without proper research and thought first. Killing yourself is by no means easy at all, many factors within you will try to prevent it at all costs and you do not want to end up paralysed or harming other innocent bystanders in the process.
I hate to break it to you, but there are no methods of suicide that will be highly reliable and cause little pain simultaneously.
I'd suggest taking your time reading through the many posts on this forum to consider your options first before taking any action.
Thank you for your advice and encourage me not to hurry
