I hate that I am constantly seeking validation from almost everyone for almost everything. I also have rejection sensitivity dysphoria which makes it even more tough. Anyway to overcome this?

i have the same problem and it's really stressful i'm sorry. i haven't found a way to deal with it yet except just toughing it out so if anyone does know a good way to overcome it i'd like to know too :(
