I hear you. Work can absolutely drain you. It's so constant and sometimes you just can't take a break even though one would be so helpful..

I totally agree. I feel like having to mask how you really feel can be even more difficult than dealing with my depression or other symptoms. I wish there were more places where we could feel safe to express how we actually feel without fear of consequence.

Work - particularly the social dynamic with random people - is exhausting. The fact I'm forced to do it for the rest of my life is def an aspect of my desire to ctb.I hate having to communicate at work because then it would inevitably be miscommunicated.Similar threads
