I hate how my brain is.its like its always searcching for reasons to be worried :did i lock the door cause my cat might run away did i blow out the candle fuck my house myst be burning right now what did i forget someone told me something important i must have spaced out shit where are my(insert documents Keys my phone)THIS IS ALL THE TIME also what bothers me even more that i think people can tell thats something is off about me because i subcouncisly bounce my leg bite inside of my cheek people asked me a couple of times before if i am Ok And i already know they must think i m a nutcase sorry for this long vent i guess thanks to anyone who read this whole thing
