So I found a lit bag of oxygen absorber but I am not sure if I can use that to CTB . Because if it doesn't work it will probably damage my esophagus. And it s probably a painful death because it make you trow up blood . I am not sure is it a good idea ?

Sounds like an incredibly painful way to prevent your body from getting oxygen. The exit bag and other inert gas methods would be better methods.

There's also the carbon monoxide method which while not as peaceful as the inert gas methods, would still be a better alternative.

Or if you don't have the money for those, I think even drowning would be a better idea so long as you can get your hands on something heavy enough to anchor you and keep you submerged underwater.

Although I don' disagree with you. but the fact that you're have to endure for the suffering no more than 5 minutes, becomes very questionable if 3rd party assistence is needed in the first place.
