That's Sodium Nitrate, you need NaNO2 for Ctb.

oddly enough, the image says "Sodium Nitrate" but at the same time it says E250 which is the sign for sodium nitrite, not nitrate.

Oh thank you, i must've mistaken these two, is that the correct chemical? It's in german but it says NaNO2 99+% and it has an age restriction which is a good sign

No matter what they say it is always worth testing. How did you go?

Just to point out a weirdness about that label, it says Sodium Nitrate, but lists the code E 250, which in EU is used to refer to Sodium Nitrite, not Sodium Nitrate. The code for Sodium Nitrate would be E 251.

From my point of view it's clearly Sodium Nitrate Not Nitrite. Also it's says '' food grade ' that I think it's not good. Somewhere here I read that it must be labeled as for "industrial use"

This part is incorrect.

"Depending on availability, both food grade and laboratory grade are acceptable as long as the purity is > 95% (this info is usually found in the product description or on label)." https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/stans-guide-to-sn.27535/
Yeah. The issue with first of which is usually that it's too expensive to realistically purchase in sufficient quantity, whilst industrial is much more affordable but also supposed to be unavailable for personal purchase. At least those offerings I've seen on EU online stores.
