not to say that "normies" have no problems or can't be suicidal (further from the truth) but they have something i don't have which is basically social and family relations, they can have a bad day and then have a converstion with a friend or a family member and re-charche (not generalizing here, i know having friends and a good relationship with your family is not always helpful) but it has been proven that social interaction does lower your Cortisol levels (stress hormones)
I asked this to an A.I chatbot and i shall copy-paste:

it's something beyond me as someone who never had friends I.R.L before nor ever had a good relationship with his family members, i can only imagine how better having good social bounds can enhance your life and make getting through the hardships easier, we're social animals that meant to be hunting in groups, we're not Snakes, that's an actual solitary animal that does not mind isolation and is meant to thrive in it.
