i've become too scared to move. i don't want to get better and i don't want kill myself. i also don't want to stay as i am now.

i feel like i'm a zombie, dead and alive at the same time. my brain doesn't work like it used to anymore, i don't feel as much as i did before.

i wish i could just fall asleep and not wake up. quietly
