Venting I feel like my mental health has gotten way worse ever since i started thinking about it more and deeper

Is this unusual? Does this mean im faking it or something? Cus like it was bad but i kinda just ignored it mostly but then it started getting kinda worse and then i decided to look into it deeper and find the root cause but since then i feel like it has gotten drastically worse. Maybe it's partially cus just thinking about mental health stuff triggers the self doubt spiral but its other symptoms too, but also like maybe its just that thinking of them can trigger them sometimes? Idfk? Idfk what in my brain is real

Its either this or im just noticing them more but theres definitely also somewhat of an increase in frequency for some stuff. Some of it i can attribute to outside causes like becoming way closer with my besties than I ever have been with anyone before but idk. Has anyone else here experienced this?

Distract yourself with anything so you don't think about this stuff. The more you think about it the more depressed you'll likely become.
