I wish I could help you. It really does suck, bad. I think the worst part is when your own family makes no effort to see it from your perspective. I'm sorry you're struggling, but I completely understand the meltdowns over "little" things. It's not your fault.

I feel you my brother. Struggling with anxiety daily and being on spectrum, I know how hard it is.
But trust me one thing, you aren't aware how strong you are and how far you can go! If somebody told me few years ago I'd have a great partner and respectable job, I would never believed it.
If I can, you can do it too, I am certain about it!
