So if someone dies by suicide, then they receive an autopsy? Suicide, homicide, or other sudden or suspicious deaths. I don't want those freaks taking photos of my naked body, examining my genitals, or cutting me open. I've seen a lot of autopsy photos of people who had committed suicide. So invasive. I still care a lot about what happens after I die. And they will obtain my internet activity even if I destroy and burn my devices, if so, to which extent? Would they be able to read deleted posts I've made on reddit accounts for example? I am embarrassed, even though it may seem silly. My privacy is my greatest principle.

I think it's mandatory. They'll need to evaluate the damage as well as check for possible drug use or preexisting conditions that might have contributed to things. I might just be up to the investigator. Only thing I can say is they cant autopsy ashes.

BUT there MAY be some type of religious exemptions idk.

All the answers to your questions are in this recent post.
I'm a very private person & I don't love the idea of the invasion of privacy either, but for me, being able to leave is more important than ANYTHING else.

Unless you somehow dispose of your own body, you will 100% receive an autopsy. It's literally illegal not to.

You can delete your whole phone but before that also delete you apple id, all your back ups and then at last the phone. Then you could hide it somewhere where they won't find it or physically destroy the phone. Then at least with apple theres the issue that apple will wait 30 days until they'll completely delete your stuff BUT i read that at least in other countries than the united states it isn't that easy for your local police to force a big tech trillion dollar company like apple to give them your data. The police need an order and than then do all this absurd expense only for some random persons stuff on their phone which is unlikely

Sadly it's not a choice you can make, as a ex mortician it's almost about 70 to 80 percent guaranteed they'll do a autopsy and yeah they'll take pictures.

So where do I emigrate to where it isn't illegal?

Some places like where I live (NJ) it's up to the coroner whether they order it or not.
But I don't know any place off of the top of my head. You can probably Google and find some.

Unfortunately, after death, the body no longer belongs to us.

I'm close to my exit with SN protocol, I'm confident, I have everything for inert gas as a backup. Just today I was thinking about how to leave the scene, erasing the supplier's writing on the packaging, formatting the devices. I thought about what to wear and whether to wear protective gear so as not to mess with fluids and biological material. Should I leave explanatory notes or not? I don't think so. Will, who knows! Keys to my Aprilia RSV4 1000 and Honda CR-Z and location, we'll see. In the end, I'm satisfied with the plans, but the thought of the autopsy is really bothering me. It seems like it will be a necessary step, and if I can't do anything, maybe I'll write a few thoughts on my chest, like "You too, what a shitty job, huh?"
