I never liked the way I look. Although people tell me I look good, I have good skin, fair skin( it is considered a beauty standard here in India to have fair skin. ) but I just feel so not good looking. Every time I seek a better looking man, I wish I looked like that, I wish I had that face , that body.
Also I wish to have a muscular body but can't really work out cause of toxic company and less energy.
How do you accept the way you look?

I feel the same way. In the past I went as far as going to extreme measures to achieve beauty standards despite having been told a couple of times I look good. Every time I look in the mirror there's always something I don't like.

I always tend to focus on one specific feature, once I fix it, (such as losing weight) my mind always finds another flaw.

To be honest, I still struggle with self esteem but it's definitely improved as I've accepted the fact that there's always going to be something you don't like. I try to stick to healthy habits now, even if there's only so much I can do to stay healthy as someone who is busy. Consistency and focusing on things I do like about myself have helped.

Most people are not thrilled with how they look. We are very hard on ourselves.
We are who we are. No real way to change that.
Just be you.
