I don't like the new look of SS

You can change the theme of the forum right at the very bottom of every page, I marked it for you. Just scroll all the way down and you can pick your favorite theme. I use the SS Dark (2019) due to nostalgia reasons.

I couldn't find the 2019 dark theme. From 2019 only the light theme is available. Are you also on mobile?

I also miss the good old 2019 dark, the new themes are ok but it feels like its made for tablets and mobile devices, i prefer the compact and minimal approach. i hope @Marquis will update it someday..

Are you using your phone? I am and when I am scrolling there is a huge empty blue bar at the top of the screen over everything.
