I cant really explain why i am drawn here. I dont want to die, or at least I dont think i do? I think about it a lot. I dont know why i go to therapy either. Nothing feels right, but objectively everythings great. I have been banned from saying I dont know by multiple people including councillors, but i am just filled with i dont knows.

It's okay to not know. I'm sorry nothing feels right and that people have told you it's not okay to say you don't know why things don't feel right. Even if everything is going well on the surface, you are entitled to your feelings and entitled to the time and space to explore what is going on beneath the surface at your own pace.Similar threads
