Help I don't know how to escape my abusers

I'm in a shitty position.
I can't legally drive by myself. I've not held down a job yet. My parents want me to go through college. I'm not charismatic. My parents dismiss me, dehumanize me, see me as lesser than, sometimes infantilize me, and have abused me in the past.

How the fuck am I suppose to get out of this abusive situation when no one is going to help me? I'm not one of those viable types of abuse. It's not sexual, it's not physical. No one cares about neglect since I'm not malnourished. I've been both sheltered and neglected. My parents don't nurture and have dismissed me even when it came to suicide. They have never truly cared about me.

My parents refuse to teach me adult things.

god u sound just like me. i hope someone can actually offer advice, im sorry. my situation doesnt involve physical abusive anymore so i feel like its taken so much less seriously. despite the situation "lessening" in urgency, ive never been more mentally unstable and closer to ctb.
