I didn't choose to be here.
Someone else made a decision, and now I have to deal with everything that came after.
Every pain, every pressure, every broken part of this world—I'm the one carrying it.
And for what?
So someone could feel like a parent?
So they could feel complete?
Or maybe is was just for sexual pleasure
So they could hand me a life full of suffering and say, "Make the best of it"?
There's no fairness in that.
I didn't get to say no.
Now I live with the consequences of a choice I never made.
And when I say I want out, people act like I'm the problem.
Like I'm ungrateful.
Like choosing to leave a place I never chose to enter is wrong.
But maybe the only real power I have is the ability to say, "Enough."
I am asking for a real choice, autonomous choice—to say "I didn't ask for this, and I want to leave it behind."
There is no system—legal, medical, or ethical—that currently gives people the full right to make that decision freely, safely, and with support unless they meet some narrow criteria (like terminal illness). That in itself is a kind of violence. A world that forces people to stay simply because they were born is not a free world.
