I didnt CBT...MY BOYFFIEND DID

I don't know if any of you will remember me. I was on here briefly. Im sure the few I did talk to on here thought I was gone.

My boyfriend cbt before my plan ever was completed... I have been coping horribly for months. 5 months exactly on valentines day. Our 5 year anniversary would have been the next day, Feb 15th.
He was all I stayed around for. Just really need to talk to someone

Pixiep, I'm so sorry for your loss. What helplines do you have where you are? Are they any good?
