I could jump from my window and die guaranteed, but it wouldn't be immediate, it's not top story but I would die. I want to know some opinions, I know it's be painful and that's what I'm scared of.

I agree with the previous reply, it has to be your decision, if it doesn't feel right today than don't do it, we can always kill ourselves tomorrow. Also I get, I'm afraid of the pain too.

If you're at the precipice and you need to ask for opinions as to whether you should jump or not, you clearly do not want to die now.

Go get a milkshake or something enjoyable. Go outside, but ffs, take the stairs.

And when you're finished enjoying your milkshake, check in and say "hi".

I would not fault you either way but not only are impulse decisions often poor, this one you cant take back. I think you should take a step back(maybe literally) and think on this a little longer in my opinion. That being said I wish everyone here peace however that may be achieved and if you've made up your mind then this is your decision alone.

Thank you for your advice everyone <3 . I didn't do it but I've tried my best to shut out all thoughts of that . I think I'm going to mention to my doctor how I've been feeling.

If you weigh 15 or even 60 minutes of pain against an awful life, the brief pain is almost irrelevant.
