I have a very intense urge to self harm, all I think I deserve is just suffering, that's why everyone leaves me in life. I just feel so abandoned, all I wish I ever had was someone loving by my side but it'll never happen. I have to go soon. I hate myself so much everything about me is disgusting. I only deserve pain.

Self hate is not the nicest thing, it can be pretty harmful to live with the one you hate the most.

I wonder if self hatred and depression is some kind of evolutionary trait. Like if you are too dysfunctional to survive then your body activates some kind of kill switch. Certain species of animals engage in acts of self destruction, especially if they are already injured or sick.

Maybe suicide ideation is just biological programming that balances out survival instinct. It is just that SI is stronger in most cases.

People can be so cruel and they can cause us a lot of pain. Being alive really is horrible, it is frustrating how we were forced to live in the first place. Whatever happens, I hope there is a way for you to find peace.
