everyday I am slowing giving up first it was brushing my teeth then sleeping, I am losing motivation to do anything anymore. I am forgeting things easily, I am losing focus, I am too occupied with my own head like a daze or a foggy dream. I am giving up even at my job. not caring anymore. I feel it may come closer than I hoped. It feels so surreal yet so right that my life is coming to an end. even my body is showing it my hair is thinning. Am I truly near my end of days.
