Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I don't want kids, yet something about not being able to have my own due to genetic infertility makes me so damn sad. It's not fair, why does something I don't care about give me sadness?

Because it's your biological instinct. All organisms are designed to survive and reproduce. The (biological) goal of life is to survive and pass your genes on to the next generation. It's only natural that people would want kids, and feel sad if they couldn't. I think that this would be a subconscious, instinctual sadness if the person doesn't want kids. Maybe this sadness is amplified for women because most have a built-in drive to nurture and care for someone. Most women want to have and raise kids. Personally, I don't have these urges.
