Like someone already said it depends on the country. With the United states and EU countries it's best to do it with opiates. Fentanyl is easy to get in the U.S compared to the EU. Heroin is easy to get in both regions.

if you live in a state other than california, oregon, washington, Hawaii, Connecticut, Illinois, New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, or New Jersey you can likely get a gun decently easily and that would be your safest bet for CTB as far as success rate. if you have a decent amount of money, an opioid overdose or buying sodium nitrite may be a viable option if you can find a way to purchase those.
