hydrogen peroxide method

what would happen to ones body if they drank a 16 fl oz bottle of 3% home hydrogen peroxide? would it be a painful death? any one attempt this way before? it's super accessible and just got me thinking. sources of the info would be gladly appreciated<3

Very painful. Understanding what little I do about it, I believe it would slowly eat the digestive tract causing internal bleeding. It would also likely be very slow.

According to this article I found by the NCBI it's an extremely painful and ineffective method, especially at a concentration of 3%.
