how do you say goodbye to the people you love. I have a girlfriend and she doesn't deserve this. I don't want to do this to her but I can't stay just for her because I'll just make her miserable.

I'd personally just write notes to say farewell, that's what lots of people do as there are many threads about it on here after all. I wouldn't see it as the best idea actually saying goodbye and informing other people of plans as they will just very likely try and interfere, as sadly so many people hold anti-suicide beliefs and won't even respect the decision to die despite the fact that nobody is obligated to continue existing here.Similar threads
