I'm currently thinking of suiciding either via asphyxiation (with a plastic bag over my head) or hanging (full suspension).
It came to my mind that if I took a sedative it could help and I could die while I'm sedated. I'm just not sure on how that would work.
Would it help if I took a sedative like Xanax , that puts me to sleep, and then perform one of the methods I stated above while I'm still awake and wait for the effect to kick in?
