I'd just like to say a massive thanks to the owners and moderators for the help and information available on this site. I'm sure many people have not had to continue suffering and are now in a much better place. The resources made available have bee n invaluable to me and many other genuine members i am sure. I know there are groups and people that claim this site is run poorly and try to make all sorts of false claims about the genuine members that we have, but thats just because they simply want revenge and to discredit the site. its just simply because they are in lots of pain and can't handle it, they mock us for being in pain or angry and its exactly the same for them, even more so because you don't see us joining there site.
some people claim they see toxic stuff on this site but i don't see any evidence, i know the moderators are quick to take down posts or ban members breaking the rules. the unfounded posts by members that this doesn't happen are exactly that....unfounded and false. I myself was warned because i called someone a liar, so know the moderators take action and i have apologised for that aswell.
I mean i saw a scam site the other week mentioned and one of the moderators was quickly onto it and made us aware of it, and provided proof. they actually found alot of red flags and made the information available, not sure how they did it but it looked clever to me!! were lucky to have people like that on the site. they also posted up a legit version of the PPH to help members, as the ones on the wiki can be altered and therefore people could get scammed, now we don't have to worry about fake info. they also made us aware of A no longer selling anymore when the information became available. We have RainAndSadness to thank for all of that. she even provided information in regards to beating SI i imagine alot of members didn't know. Weals had a another moderator recently band a member because of what they posted. so this site seem to be run very well to me and i would seriously question anyone who thinks it isn't and their legitimacy as the proof is there for all to see.
If people have a problem with the site, i would suggest it isn't the place or you and you should leave for you own sake. SS isn't a place for normal people its specifically designed for people with suicidal. i imagine some stuff could be controversial, but i would think genuine suicidal people are going to be aware of what the sites about. it does exactly as it says on the tin, you'd be naive to think otherwise. I mean the site is available for people to vent on, so it really makes me laugh when members say they see angry people, obviously they don't understand mental health, there exactly the people that also think they can 'help' but don't have a clue in the 1st place
Lastly i would like to say if anyone see's any toxic behaviour or gangs of people picking on one person i would report it. let the moderators do there job. seems some people think they know best and how this site should be run and they are just 'members'. they should get of their high horse and let the people in charge deal wit stuff, it is after all their job and they know the rules
