OD is a rather unreliable method, and the amount needed to kill varies from person to person. It is highly not recommended to try to OD on most substances, with very few exceptions. I don't believe guanfacine is one of the few that have a decent chance at doing something, but I'm not an expert so I don't know for sureSimilar threads
