How to Use primperan before N

Could someone please help...

What is the procedure of taking primperan (10mg) before taking N?

Surpsingly no answers...
Eat some crackers/white bread
15 minutes later 10mg*4=40mg primeran
45-60 minutes later N

The real question is, why is needed if N is perfect as everyone say?
