• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

I am having surgery in 10 days and can't have any fresh cuts, burns, or bruises to keep myself from being questioned.
How can I self harm and still get the high without leaving marks? I'm already not eating enough and over exercising but they aren't scratching the itch.

Note that often cited forms of harm reduction still leave marks, just not as much. Best to avoid the "rubber band method", ice, and peeling duct tape.

If its the pain youre after, spicy food and very cold showers (not very hot!!) may work.

Holding breath too for the CO2 pain

Sleep deprivation is quite painful

Overexercising works too I suppose, though best to not overdo it. being too underweight or exhausted could be suspicious

Hope your surgery goes well, feel better soon

seconded on the spicy food. I am an avid spice eater and at times I think i use it as a method of sh since I havent cut in a while. my tolerance is p high but some great spicy things I have are buldak 2x spicy ramen (the tastiest ramen I have), carolina reaper powder (very potent), and fresh habaneros cuz they are the spiciest pepper at my local store. I know that might not be much help but I personally love using all of them and they are not too hard to get either in person or off amazon

That makes me think back to when my mom accidentally bought the buldak 2x spicy instead of the regular one. At least it improved my spice tolerance a bit, lol.

Hitting the back of your hand with a pen or something is very painful even though you don't even need to apply much force. Might even be little enough to not leave marks.
