i Was testing partial and now I've got marks on my neck. Thankfully I've got long hair to hide it but I NEED to get rid of them because my grandparents who I'm liveing with know I'm suicidal

People use concealers to hide their self harm scars, I'm sure you could use concealer to hide the marks.

Very gently massaging the area helped me. It's not an immediate removal of the mark, but it did speed up healing.
