Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

How to prepare everyone for my CTB?

I don't want to traumatize my family by waking up one day and seeing that I'm gone, but I know I have to go and die. I wish I can somehow prepare everyone so when I do die, they won't be too shocked or just wouldn't care as much. Should I just ruin my life so that they have no hope in me?
There is no easy way to prepare your family, maybe you could offer closure in a note instead. I've thought about ruining my life before to make it easier, but it would hurt them too much and it would be easier to not leave complicated feelings
The damage is definitely gonna be there no matter how well you prepare, but I suppose you could try leaving notes. In those notes, tell them your reasons and the fact that it is in no ways related to them, it is your choice and they couldn't have intervened. Maybe try spending a bit more time with them before you go.
The reality is that we all have to cease existing someday and whatever happens in this world after we are gone could just never be our concern but I agree that the only thing that one can do so that those left behind are less likely to be left with as many unanswered questions is to write a note which can act as an explanation.
But anyway I bet that eventually most of us won't even exist in the memories of those who continue to stay here, we are only destined to be forgotten about.
