How to obtain Fent?

Hi, pretty self-explanatory title but located in the north east US, looking to catch the bus painlessly and this seems like not the worst method. Would appreciate some tips about how to obtain Fentanyl, also if you think this is a bad method I am open to hearing why you think so. SN doesn't seem like a great choice to me and this seems like the next best thing, since N is no longer a thing.
