Help How to not be found by friends?

This seems to be the only part of my plan I'm struggling with. I'm planning FSH at home as I have a strong outdoor beam that can hold my weight but I don't want my partner or housemate (one of my best friends) to be the one to find me. I was planning on calling an ambulance myself and not telling them my location so they have to take time to track the call and potentially check neighbours houses too. I was also planning on barricading all the doorways that lead to outside to slow them down some more. Would that be enough to achieve brain death? I wouldn't mind if they did CPR so my organs can be donated. I just don't want to end up as a vegetable. Thanks!

This is a tremendous waste of emergency services resources that could be used to help someone who actually needs it.

Trust me I work in the ED, I've seen what wasting resources looks like. I'd rather this than traumatise my friend or partner for life.
