Method How to measure SN, millig or grams?

I plan to go in about 7 hrs so I'm confused 25 milligrams or 25grams? My scale is in grams and if I convert it into grams it seems too little =0.025g is this accurate? It seems too little?

You want 25 grams. 25 milligrams is definitely not enough.
