how to make peace with everyone before cbt

i want to make sure i can relieve everyone of as much missed opportunity with me beforehand so my best friends will at least feel like we did one last really fun thing without me telling them what's going to happen

I'd say just spend time with them, just being there for them is usually the best gift one can give before they go.
Go eat out together, go watch a movie together etc etc.
Leaving a goodbye note thanking them and letting them know that you enjoyed their company is also a good idea.
