I have my own room but I do share a house with others. I could always use white noise out loud but was wondering what other people's experience with this was?

I imagine someone could play some music or let a movie play in the background if they needed to mask the sound of the tank if they needed to use it while others were around? Whatever activity that would normally match what the person would normally do so nothing seemed out of place. Now, if you were someone that never had anything playing in the background, and kept everything perfectly quiet, then that might require additional information and brainstorming.

Depending on the tank and any attachments, I imagine the sound level will vary between them, but I presume it wouldn't be too loud to reasonably compensate for?

Something as simple as a nutritional deficiency could be the source of your stress, anxiety, and uncertainty.

I recall those being your main issues when you talked a long time ago.

I don't just have "stress and anxiety" I have multiple physical and mental health ailments. Heart and neurological issues, chronic pain, bladder issues, severe chronic insomnia, OCD, C-PTSD, an eating disorder. I have tried EXTENSIVE treatments, medications, therapies, programs, supplements. I appreciate it but a tonic is not going to fix these things nor is the source of my problems a "nutritional deficiency", I've had extensive testing done and these symptoms have persisted across time and even when following a strict diet.

I'm also not sure what being in North America has to do with using the exit bag? What "better" methods are there besides N? I'm not interested In or able to do that method due to being unable to navigate the dark web/bitcoin, and unwilling to take any risks involving law enforcement which is absolutely a thing with Canada and US both, they both crack down hard on border control stuff.

I'm sorry if I sound irritated, I don't mean to at all and I really appreciate you trying to look out for me, but my problems definitely aren't able to be helped with supplements at this point. I'm willing to hear you out on what you mean about the methods if you wanna PM, just know N is not an option for me. I also lost my best friend to the exit bag method so I know it works. Just understand that this choice isn't one I've come to easily, I've been on here for YEARS trying to try lots of different methods to keep trying but it's not working out.

Hello, PrincessInWhite, you are right about what you have written and I understand you completely. You have the right to die whenever you want. Do not care about what anyone else writes here, maybe they are evil or stupid. You can write to me, I understand. Nembutal should be injected for the best result. Two plastic bags over the head without gas will lead to death, this method has been used by people for many years. Read Chris Dockers book Five Last Acts - the best book about suicide!
