I'm looking for help. My apartment doesn't have any anchor points high enough to hang myself and I'm looking to find out how to hang via doorknob. Does anyone know how this is done? Thank you.

I have the same question. Can someone post a simple, plain English guide to hanging with a belt? How do I tie the belt around my neck? Where on my neck does the belt go? Explain like I am two years old. What if the apartment doesn't have a support, like a pull up bar, that will support my weight. Can I just tie the belt tight around my neck?Similar threads
