How to get medications for sn method ?

Hi.
I see a lot of questions about how to get sn, but very few about how to acquire the medications. And no clear answer.(Or I didn't find it)

Has anyone managed to get these drugs from a reliable online pharmacy that dispenses worldwide, without a medical prescription ?
-For antiemetics
-For Propanolol.
Can you specify a site name? Or send it as a private message?

For benzos, I understand that it's more complicated, have you found a way?

I feel that I've seen some posts about this but it's probably highly dependent on what country you live in. I was able to obtain every medication from my doctor by simply telling him I had symptoms I knew he'd prescribe them for. I also have done this over time, getting meds, then saying they didn't work or I didn't like them to get different meds. My doctor prescribed me propranolol for anxiety, I thought I'd have to wait for my next appt but I just sent a message saying is made me feel like fainting and he gave me benzos.

it's a shame how hard they are to get without lying to medical professionals, which I don't want to do. I'm tempted to just say fuck it and try it without the meds. I'm getting desperate

Is propanolol necessary, if it is what point does it serve? I thought beta blockers weren't shown to be helpful
