Title says it all. Here's some context: 19 year old (yes a major obstacle I assume), in Virginia (specifically Richmond), and has around $5000 right now

What's the obstacle? Go to a gun store or browse online.

I'd say browse online.

I understand not wanting to go into gun shops in person....

I've considered it, but I look like death right now and I'm just going to assume they reserve the right to refuse service to anybody.

If you're worried about any age restrictions or anything, just get an older friend/family member to order you one.
