Things have finally gotten bad enough that I'm willing to entertain more painful/non peaceful ways of going. Hanging seems pretty simple but I dont know how to find a private spot nor one with a support strong enough to carry my weight (I weigh a normal amount around 60kg but there are no beams or anything to tie a noose to in my living space). Any ideas where to start?

you could try partial hanging. any hooks on a door? a coat hanger? a sturdy shelf? you could improvise with something like that. if there's absolutely no place you could do that, it's better to try it in a different location or find a different method.

if you live near a forest maybe try to find a tree that can hold your weight. First thing that comes to my mind.

The door. If its a tall door, putting the thing through the other side then closing it. I always was lost in how to do it. But that one works as long as one hangs with the hands first to make sure the weight is supported

If you have two rooms adjacent to eacht other where you will not be found I would opt for finding something solid in one room to tie your rope onto and then putting the rope with the noose over the door.
If you don't have that, you can find a forest and a branch that's high and strong enough to attach your rope to. You will then maybe also need some kind of ladder.

Can this be used for full suspension? I am at 190 height

A belt might work with this. Tie a knot in the end and put it over the door. Close door and step off.

Depends how high the door is. And your height and weight. Thats why is important to hang with hands first to see if it supports or falls. Partial suspension should do the trick too in case one is too high for the door

You can also tie something heavy to the rope and throw it over a branch several times until you get a good few loops and then tie it off, good way of making a swing also but this easily carries a person's weight.
