Help how to fake it till i make it to ctb

hey all,

i'm currently waiting on my order from dmc to arrive and my doctor's appointment to get my antiemetic.

i'm just finding it so hard to just live rn though. does anyone have any advice on how to stay chugging along until i'm able to ctb? i'm trying to avoid an inpatient pysch visit because that would definitely put a damper in my plans. but currently i am not functioning like at all lol.
