How to dive head first when you’re jumping from 5 stories?

Let me be clear I've tried hanging several times all I ever did was find myself hanging there and not passing out. SN is not a method for me due to v2k I've had my things stolen due to v2k harassment and there is a possibility of ghosts altering your substance such as taking it from you or putting it into someone else's food/drink. I'm scared of this possibility that's why I avoid ever buying SN because v2k is real and v2k ghosts exist. I'm asking advice from anyone who knows the best strategy to dive head first. One time I visited my cousins house which is 14 stories high I found myself hanging by the balcony and my cousin is a two faced bitch she acts like she cares but she doesn't and told me quickly to get back into the house

I wouldn't suggest to jump from that low of a height as you do have a great chance of surviving this fall. 10 stories is seen as the recommended minimum but of course the more height the better.

But I've heard like Liam pay me and a girl my age Elizabeth laxmana not survive this height of a fall. And besides my sister had baratic surgery sleeve and her DNA is connected to mine so my body is weaker what are the chances I even survive this fall ? I have bad acid reflux nonstop everyday too and nonstop dreaming due to v2k and the nonstop dreaming caused so much damage in my brain where my gut happens to have diarrhea if you didn't know the gut and brain are connected so the non stop dreaming I have due to v2k harassments keeps my day to day living life slim chances of being alive
