Anyone here with chronic breathing difficulty? It saps away my energy and makes me feel tired and de-motivated all the time. How does this problem affect your life and how do you deal with it?

I have asthma, I'm not sure if that is the same thing as chronic breathing difficulty. Though there is probably some similarties. I use an inhaler. Do you have access to inhalers or albuterol? The medicine used to treat asthma, I don't know if it would work, but it might help.

Obviously inhalers if you have them, otherwise little things you can do are steam baths. Basically get a bowl of boiling water, put a towel over your head and the bowl and breathe in the steam. Or you can take a hot shower or bath and inhale the steam that way. Try and sleep sat or propped up as well. Maybe get your vitamin and minerals levels checked as well as that can cause and contribute to fatigue.

My breathing issues aren't cardio-vascular. They are deficiencies in blood so exercising and steam don't help. I will ask my doc about vitamins and minerals .

I don't know if that's will help.
I have sleep apnea, so I wake up more tired than when I go to sleep.
CPAP helps me a lot, it's complicated and uncomfortable but it's help me breathe while I'm sleep
