You can't. Just do your research, the best way to be successful with it is to have a solid understanding of how & why it works. Make sure you don't leave out any steps. If there's anything you don't understand about it, ask.

Like @DeathSweetDeath said, you'll have to do your research. As you've talked about exit bag, it's very technical method that needs you to study everything properly. How much gas is required, how much time it should ideally take to loss of consciousness and how much time it'll take to die, need to know how to setup the exit bag properly. Nitrogen is known to be the most peaceful of all. But there was this one guy who ended up bleeding with it. There's a post on it. Check it out.
So, once you are clear that you can implement your chosen method properly with perfection, because there's no room for failure in exit bag as you may end up as a vegetable if things go south.
