Therapy doesnt count. Avoiding trigger situation doesnt count. What are the strategies to stop my brain from killing me after every single time i feel worse than other people. No matter if its in the video game or someone said something demeaning about my work or myself, when it happens it triggers that terrible response in my mind to make me heavily frustrated and mad. For a moment i feel like i could literally kill that person who made me feel worse about myself.
Im fully aware of that im suffering because of that complex, im aware of these responses being far too intense than they should be, but being concious about it doesnt fix it, its still the same. What is the actual way to start the process that will slowly make that anger lesser?
