I tried to die. Then I made a TED talk.
plant medicine. holotropric breathwork. meditation. I shouldn't have survived. So now I believe I'm meant to be here.yeah. I'm sick of feeling miserable. so I took therapy seriously. meditation. exercise. food.
so when the dark side returned I got into shadowork…blah blah
anyway hanging and klonoponin and black out. This could cheer up some in tbe ctb section.
[I have personally done plant medicine, holotropic breathwork etc and I still want to ctb]
