First: I promise I am not fear-mongering. I have severe OCD and going to jail is one of my worst fears. I'm done with life, so I want to ctb. If I ordered N from D (he is the current one right?), and had it shipped to my door, how likely would it be to be intercepted? If it was intercepted, would I go to jail? Is there any way to make the shipping process more discrete?
Thank you in advance. :)

PS: if anyone has already ordered, please feel free to share your experiences with shipping, receiving it, and what it looked like

I heard it costs more, but having N ship by courier is safer and ordering no more than 2 bottles at a time.

No idea, but with my luck they'd likely eventually place me in prison and allow me to be beaten and raped. Solely because I wanted to die due to incurable illness & severe PTSD. :notsure:

How likely do you think it'd get intercepted, and if it did, would it get you into legal trouble or do they not care?

In the worst case if it is intercepted, you can claim plausible deniability by just telling the LEO you never actually ordered it. Scams around shipping junk to random addresses are surprisingly common. It's rare for The Law to go after individual mail-order customers, especially ones with low volume, anyways. I know several people who order grey-market prescriptions online (in the US), and the worst that the feds ever do is just throw your order away. and even that is relatively rare.

You'll likely receive your package but if you don't use proper precautions (which were too complex for me personally - It's immensely difficult to learn new things when you're suffering from debilitating chronic pain 24/7) you could potentially be put on a watch list. The FBI supposedly regards N as a "terrorist poison" or some bullshit 🙄 (I made a thread about a dated coroner report mentioning that the decedent had been placed on one after ordering back in 2015). Like, N tastes shitty enough that there's no way you could reasonably poison someone with it without them instantly knowing something was amiss and spitting it out, lol. And the sheer amount that you would need to have them ingest just to result in death makes it infinitely more unlikely that it could ever effectively be used for that purpose.

We aren't "terrorists". We're just freaking suicidal.
We just want the means to peacefully end our own lives with the same level of dignity granted to a dog.
It's ridiculous that we have to jump through such hurdles to do so.

And they say that suicide isn't "illegal" anymore. I guess that only counts if you resort to gruesome methods like jumping in front of a train and splattering your entrails everywhere (and then bestowing poor uninvolved onlookers with the wonderous gift of PTSD). :meh:
And then images of your remains will probably circulate on a gore site & people will send them to your family members to traumatize them even further. (Sorry for ranting). :ohh:

Thanks a lot for the helpful comment. So, would I be considered a "individual mail-order customer"? So basically you're saying I have a snowflake's chance in hell of going to jail for ordering N?

What are proper precautions? What's the significance of being on the FBI watch list?

I don't think it happens that often but it depends on your state and where you live. If you get caught, I think the worst that can happen is a penalty along the lines of illegal drug importation/possession. Obviously, they'll seize the package and you won't get what you ordered. The worst that could happen I imagine is some kind of fine but you would need to look up the laws in your area. Of course you could claim the package isn't yours and that you never ordered it too. There was someone on this forum who had their package seized twice in Indiana or something. They were never penalized but they never got their package since it was seized.

Nothing is impossible (laws in this country are insane enough that if Power decides to target you then you're fucked no matter what), but customs agents generally have much bigger fish to fry

If that's true that it's relatively safe to ship N... I found this thread talking about fentanyl and going to prison, and it makes me wonder, how is that any different?

Fentanyl gets targeted by LEOs because it gets mixed into street drugs and ends up killing people by accident. The feds have very compelling reasons to take that problem seriously. In contrast, drug dealers aren't going out selling N while pretending that it's heroin. N is still illegal on paper, but the people deciding which laws are important aren't focusing on it right now.

I dunno what the significance is. They probably just monitor your internet history or something. I'd feel sorry for anyone that was assigned to do that for a person like me because all I do is look at dumb anime shit and post on here about how miserable I am from my rapidly advancing incurable diseases.

I did some research online and you can go to prison for this, but I have no idea how strictly this in enforced.

Just greeaaat. :meh:

That's not the purpose, it's just that people should know the risks. What are the risks of buying a rope? None. That's why hanging is the most commonly used suicide method worldwide. Of course hanging can be more distressing to some people. Each method has plusses and minuses.

I do agree that people should know the risks. I just have qualms with how this country treats people that are obviously cornered and suffering. 😔

This thread is a bunch of fear mongering. As of today, no one has gone to jail in the US for ordering N to ctb. There's never been a better to time to order N to the US than the past year. Uncle Joe's customs don't give a rip.

I hope you're right- it really isn't fear mongering, though- it's just doing searches for th elaw on this and it is illegal and the punishment can include prison- that's just a fact. Most of us wouldn't have any way to know the extent to which these laws are being enforced.

You'll most likely get away with it.
